Support Policies
If you should require technical support for your business connection or services, please follow these procedures in order for us to respond as quickly as possible:

Normal Business Hours
Monday through Friday
8:30 AM until 5:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (Except holidays)

Normal Business Hours Procedure
Contact our local office directly at (850) 222-0229 and ask for tech support to open a trouble ticket. If the problem is a result of our network, you will not be billed. If the problem is not a result of our network, you will be billed in quarter-hour increments at $125.00/hour.

After Hours
Monday through Thursday 5:01 AM to 8:29 AM;
Friday 5:01 PM until Monday 8:29 AM Eastern Standard Time

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

After Hours & Holidays Procedure
Contact our after-hours answering service at (850) 205-1234 and the on-call technician will return your call. If the problem is not a result of our network you will be billed in half hour increments at $200.00/hour.
