Work Order

The following form is to submit work orders to the ElectroNet web services department. If you need to make changes to DNS, email, or if you have any other technical question, please contact our network department for help.

ElectroNet receives work orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours from 8:30am to 5pm Eastern Time. If your work request is submitted after regular business hours, it will be entered for processing in the order received on the next business day. In order to better assist you, please select the type of work request you are submitting:

Regular Job - ElectroNet processes work order requests in the order the job is received. It is possible that a regular job may take more or less than 3 business days time to complete based on other received work requests and the size of the job you have requested. If it appears that a job will not be completed in 3 business days, our staff will call or email you to let you know. All regular jobs are processed in quarter hour increments at $90/hr html-graphic rate, $125/hr cold fusion programming rate.
Rush Job - ElectroNet starts on the business day the work order request is received and all work done at a "rush rate" will be billed in quarter hour increments with a one hour minimum at $150/hr html-graphic rate, $225/hr cold fusion programming rate. Completion of the work order is subject to size and scope of the request.
After Hours - ElectroNet begins processing work orders on the next business day in the order the job is received. If emergency processing of work orders is requested and possible, ElectroNet will seek to complete it that night, weekend, or holiday billing in quarter hour increments with a one hour minimum at a $215/hr html-graphic rate, $325/hr cold fusion programming rate.

File Attachments: Maximum attachment size is 10MB. If you send an attachment larger than 10MB we may not receive the work order. To ensure that this does not happen, please check the file size before sending.
Note: This form only allows one attachment at a time. If you need to send mulitple attachments, you may put all your files into a .zip file or send a work request for each attachment.
